Okinawa Praisepro and IPraise+ scooters come with two different charging port types depending on the year of purchase:

- 2022 and newer → Chagori connector (round port with 2+4 pins and a blue ring) ✅ This is the right charger
- Pre-2022 models → D-Type connector (rectangular slot)

A: If your Okinawa Praisepro or IPraise+ was purchased in 2022 or later, it has the Chagori connector — a round port with 2+4 pins and a distinctive blue ring around it.

Q: Will this work on my older Praisepro bought before 2022?
A: No — older models use a D-Type rectangular connector. Order our D-Type charger instead.

Q: Is this a fast charger?
A: Yes — at 10A output this is the fastest available charger for the Praisepro and IPraise+. It charges significantly faster than the standard 6A variant that came with older models.

Q: How long does a full charge take?
A: Approximately 3 hours for the Okinawa Praisepro and 5 hours for the IPraise+ from empty with this 10A charger.

Q: My battery is completely dead. Will this charger revive it?
A: In most cases yes — this charger can activate and begin charging deeply discharged lithium batteries. If the battery has been fully discharged for an extended period it may require a service center check.

Q: Is this an original Okinawa charger?
A: This is a high-quality compatible replacement charger, not an Okinawa-branded unit. It meets the same 72V/84V cut-off specification as the original and is made in India.

Q: What if I accidentally order the wrong connector type?
A: The charger will not fit your scooter's port. Please check your port before ordering. We accept returns within 7 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
