• Superior Grounding: While EV manufacturers recommend an earthing resistance of 5 ohms or better, the EV2 UltraX is engineered to provide an even lower resistance, averaging around 3 ohms. This provides an extra margin of safety and optimal charging performance.
• Safety Features: Includes a Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), a waterproof, heat-resistant, and fire-resistant cable, and the built-in earthing mechanism.
• Digital Energy Meter: Easily monitor key charging parameters including voltage, current, active power, energy consumed (kWh), frequency, and power factor. It also features an energy reset key.

Important Usage Guidelines

• Charging Location: Use with any compatible single-phase 16 amp socket.
• Weather Resistance: The cable is waterproof and can be left outside, but the main reel unit and charger should be kept dry and in the shade.
• Earthing Rod: Refer to the detailed instructions in the included manual for proper usage of the built-in earthing rod. If your EV's safety system detects an earthing resistance above 5 ohms, it may prevent charging. In this case, we will assist you with an external earthing mechanism.

Warranty Terms

We stand by the quality of our product. This warranty guarantees that the EV charging extension reel will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty will be voided if:

• The product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, or tampering.
• The serial number or seal is not present or has been removed.
• Repairs or maintenance are performed by unauthorized personnel.
• Damage results from improper connection, negligent use, or environmental factors like fire, water, dust, wind, or power fluctuations.
