Worst product I ordered it two weeks ago now it is not working and when contacted customer support following suggestions they provided For warranty claim please send the charger to the below address: Amba E-Mobility 93, 1st Floor, Navyug Market, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201001 Mob: +91-7011033936 Warranty Terms and Conditions: 1.⁠ ⁠Product will not be covered under warranty if it is damaged by water or voltage fluctuation or physical damage. Please don’t send charger if you know this.🛑 2.⁠ ⁠After receiving the charger, it may take 2-4 weeks to be repaired. 3.⁠ ⁠We will first check whether there is any problem with the charger or not. If there is any problem, we will try to fix it first otherwise we will replace the charger. 4.⁠ ⁠Please share the docket number after sending the charger. 5.⁠ ⁠Pack the charger properly.
