TROUBLESHOOTING:

 PROBLEM SOLUTION
If None of LEDs are glowing. Check input wire connection whether it is connected properly or not.
For LED only Mains indication Green LED not glowing while other LED glow.

Check battery is connected with charger properly or not, if battery is not connected properly than charger will not charge.
If battery backup is less. ** Only disconnect the charger when 100% LED will glow solid in SOC indicator.
Fan start stop. Fan start: when battery will consume current from charger.
Fan Stop: When battery will full charge. (100% LED Glow Solid)
Battery is not charging. Once battery get fully charged then charger will go into CUT OFF mode. To reset the CUT OFF mode we need to SWITCH OFF the mains supply then make it ON.

 

Warranty Terms:

We provide service and care, the battery charger shall be free from the material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original invoice.
This warranty does not include any damage to, malfunctioning or improper operation of battery charger resulting to

  • If serial number is not present on unit, warranty will be void
  • Abuse, misuse or tampering
  • Repair or maintenance of battery charger or related equipments
  • Improper connection may damage charger. means in place of AC connection DC
  • Negligent use, operation, care, cleaning, storage or handling
  • Fire, water, dust, wind lighting or other natural causes
  • Power fluctuation due to surge
